We don’t hand you a planner and call it a day. We go deeper—into the nervous system
regulation, identity work, emotional patterns, and creative expression.

- Assess Your Unique Wiring – We start with evidence-based assessments (Motivators
- Assessment (Learning Styles Assessment) to understand what drives you and how you learn best
- Regulate Your Nervous System – Using expressive arts, somatic practices, and emotional regulation tools to help you manage overwhelm and build self-trust
- Design ADHD-Friendly Systems – Co-create routines, strategies, and rhythms that work WITH your brain—not against it
- Dismantle Shame & Rebuild Identity – Address masking, perfectionism, inner critic patterns, and cultural stigma
- Build Executive Function Skills – Task initiation, emotional regulation
How It Works
Commitment: Minimum 3 months
Frequency: 2 check-ins per week
Average Client Stay: 6 months
Format: Virtual sessions via Zoom
